  • Love their subs, but the wait for lunch is absolutely unacceptable. I have been sitting here going on 20 minutes and still haven't received my sandwich. I count 4 people doing everything: taking orders, making sandwiches, running them out. I count 25 people waiting right now. The employees are not the issue, they are working their hardest to keep up. From previous reviews, this doesn't seem like an anomaly. There is no excuse for this and I will not be returning. Management take note.
