  • Scared now, cell service doesn't work well and we want to switch back to Verizon. We were told we get a 2 week test period and they would have our iPhone we traded in kept in the back room for 2 weeks but now the person that helped us, Josh, who was supposed to be in today (per him telling us to come back today) so he could check thje back room isn't in and the girl on the phone checked and "surprise " they don't have our phone and they don't keep trade ins... Then says, come back tomorrow when Josh is here. Hopefully we were not lied to, will be sure to update this tomorrow hopefully with positive news instead of negative.....
