  • I love hobby lobby but this location needs friendlier workers. The customer service manager was very rude when I asked about some scratches on the last piece of merchandise available. She didn't say a word and then proceeded to bring out a wet sponge to rub down the frame and attempt to take out the scratches. Then looked up at me without saying anything. I was fully prepared to make the purchase, but could have lived without the attitude.
