  • Very disappointed. Went on the recommendation of a friend. Made an appointment in advance for a SNS dip. When I got there, a young man began to tell me about all their services, and I explained what I had made an appointment for. He took me to a lady who began to give me a gel manicure. I told her to stop, that I wanted the dip, and she called another man over, who told me to try the gel manicure. He said that later I could try the SNS dip. It was too late to change, so I went with the gel manicure. The manicure wasn't the best; too thick, and uneven on one nail. I'll be going to another salon to have this redone. There were five people just sitting and/or standing around talking and laughing, which did not make for a professional environment. Do NOT go here!
