| - We came in on Sunday June 12th for Restaurant Week 2016 lunch. Place seemed steady busy, took about 20 minutes to get a table for 2.
I saw each table sat after us get service from the waitstaff, except our table. After about 30 minutes, I saw a hostess speak to a gentleman in a suit & point to our table.
The gentleman in the suit came to our table & stated he was sorry for the wait. I said " Yes, it felt like we were forgotten about." I can't even make up what he said next, " Well we have a small celebrity in the restaurant that is more important." He then realized what he said quickly & flustered to correct his statement.
Our food did not come out in a timely fashion, again seeing tables sat after us getting their food.
When the gentleman in the suit came to our table to bring food, I asked if he was the manager, & he stated he was. I then asked him who the celebrity was & he told me Ciara & where she was sitting. Wow, I was floored, he spilled the information without blinking an eye.
Needless to say, our lunch & experience was not worth the $30.00 price tag. Sad to come from such a high end hotel like Encore. I am a local & really wanted to enjoy this place.
