  • If I could put 0 stars I would . The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE . I went into the store just to get a quote and RANDAL opened an account without my knowledge. They needed my social to see how much a down payment would be but never informed me he was opening an account . I have been thrown back and forth between the store and customer service to get it canceled because he wouldn't . Im sure he just wanted credit for opening an account . He spoke to my mother in a rude manner when we were just trying to get things fixed . NEVER will I have an account with sprint because of him !!
