Below is what I was going to post along with the 5 star rating. However, when I went to pay, I was told it was $65! I clearly asked the tech if the "service menu" prices included the gel and she said yes so I chose the $45 pedicure. I explained to the girl at the front that I asked the tech before applying the gel, and still said "yeah I'm sorry it's $65" she went to tell the other girl in the front what my issue was and the girl said it was $65 but I explained to her that I clearly asked the tech. So I told them I was not going to pay $65. I asked before getting gel so I expect to pay what I was promised. The girl at the front said that a regular gel pedicure is $50 anyways which of course I wasn't aware because I was only offered a menu with a couple of items. I asked to speak to the manager and they said the manager was not available right now. So eventually one of the girls said "just charge her regular Gel Pedi" and said the tech would pay for the rest. It is unfortunate that they would take it from the tech. End it is also unfortunate that they did not strive to have a satisfied customer. I am very disappointed with the way that it was handled. The girl at the front didn't even make eye contact when I paid. I don't care what the situation is, when it comes to customer service you always need to have a smile on your face even if you are upset.
I am giving it 3 stars for the cleanliness and friendly techs good work the tech did. But I'm fortunately it lost three stars because of the bad customer service from the girls at the front desk.
Feel free to read my review below prior to the incident:

I'm in town for my cousins birthday and needed a relaxing pedi to start my weekend right. I yelped: "Nail spa" and Pink Nails came up. The pictures looked great and I was crossing my fingers that it was just as great in person. IT WAS! This place is beautiful!!! 15 nail stations and about 10 pedicure chairs. Very friendly staff! Came right at opening time and it was nice and quiet very relaxing... Pedicures start at $30 and they even have something on the "service menu" where they bring ice cream while getting your pedi! How awesome is that!
I recommend the $45 pedicure with the sea salt scrub smells amazing!
I chose the gel color "Sugar" which is a pastel purple and the color looked pink even after 3 coats. So I was a little sad about that but it's not their fault at all because they did indeed pulled the correct polish bottle.
They asked if I wanted to change polish but I said it was okay.
The massage was a little too hard but maybe some people like that I guess.
I appreciate that she went back to took a look at each nail and cleaned up whatever she missed.
