  • BEST PLACE FOR A REAAAAAL BODY HEALING MASSAGE!! Tina was my massage therapist and I must say she was divine. I've been to a ton of oriental themed massage parlors were you would expect to get a really good deep and intricate massage. But they have all not even come close to this place! I had an hour long massage and she fit the WORKS into it! I've had a serious injury to my shoulder blade area from working out and have had about 3 massages on it before coming here and the pain was still keeping me up at night. After spending an hour with her my shoulder blade is so much more relaxed and I can move my neck much more freely. I really felt like Tina was very in tune with my body and not just following a routine. She felt out the knots in my body and worked them very nicely. I LOVE the customization of this place! It's rare that I'm asked what pressure I need usually it's just "is this too hard" which for me it's never hard enough. But here at Lilac I was given a sheet where not only could I pick the desired pressure I needed, but I also got to circle the areas on the body where I wanted her to concentrate (like my shoulder blade!) I loved that they used hot oil to massage and I was in a private room as well (some of these oriental places stuff you into an open room with other people which is horrible) the price was amazing and just a great great great experience overall. Definitely coming back, don't go to a massage place just because they seem more culturally immersed in the study of massaging. Go here, they actually take it seriously!
