  • My wife and I spent about 2 hours with "Dave" to find a replacement wall oven for our home. We finally decided on a 27 inch Electrolux model. Dave said that we would have to pay for it in advance, which we did. About a week later, we got a phone message from Dave saying that Electrolux no longer made the 27 inch oven, and we would have to find another one, probably Fridgidare. I said how can you charge us for the Electrolux and then tell us it's not available ! He said that he didn't know of anywhere else to find one. I went online and after about 5 minutes, I found the model of the 27 inch Electrolux from a dealer in Michigan, and it was about $600 dollars cheaper than Monark's price and free shipping. I told Dave that I would need an e-mail saying that Monark couldn't sell us the oven, and return our purchase price. When he sent the e-mail, he misspelled my name !! Poor customer relations and lack of attention to detail. We would never shop at Monark again, and I'm advising all my neighbors to do the same.
