  • First of all, if you want to work in AZ as an Esti- you need to know eyelash extentions and brazillians- that is all the spas here want and this school does not teach either. They sort of glossed over the lashes thing because we had to learn all the old outdated equipment. I bought my own microderm machine so I could get great at it, and I guess they can't get insurance or are worried there might be a man as a student so no brazillians. I have lost many, many jobs because of this. If they had taught those things I'd be working now.
