  • NEVER BEEN SO DISAPPOINTED!! Dont go to "master sylist "Antoinette. I had a gift card & decided to use it. I made an appt for a cut & to have my blond ombre redone. When I went to pay for my cut & color, I was floored. I have always went to higher end salons like studio palmieri & color nation.. the total here was $220!!!! Even after my giftcard I paid more than I ever had in my life!! You know why? They paired me w/ a "master stylist" & the receptionist had THE NERVE to say well next time ask for a less expensive stylist so this doesn't happen. I NEVER ASKED FOR THE MASTER!!ARE YOU CRAZY? Here's the best part, my cut was uneven & the "master stylist" cut pretty much all the blond off! Looked like frosted tips! So I called them & wrote the manager an email about this. I went back to have my hair fixed by another girl who was VERY NICE. It gets better; she only had time to fix the cut. They wanted me to come in a THIRD time in a week to redo color. I live 30 min away, which I did explain. AGAIN the receptionist was rude! She told me what I want & what I asked for were different. I already had blond in my hair. I asked to go 1 shade lighter..I told the stylist 3TIMES because she kept asking before she started. The receptionist went on & on just to tell me she can't do any refunds. I would have to come back anyway! I said part of it was credit so no I don't. I went home & wrote another email to the manager that was on vacation. She did respond saying she was sorry. In the end though I spent $30 gc, $190, plus $37 in tips! They never gave me any sort of refund. I guess they needed it to pay their over priced rent!
