Annoyed that you can never reach a real person, at the actual location until you go through 100 prompts and wait forever. Very hard to order by phone when driving from one office to another at lunchtime and in a pinch for time. Ok, ordering online is fine...if you want to spend $3 delivery..and are not switching offices for work and traveling. I love the food at Panera, but it's becoming very inconvenient for me. I finally reached the manager here who was very nice and helped me with a billing issue in a timely manner, which I appreciated.
