  • I don't know if it's just this location but this is the second time I have been here and the bread is stale. We sat down to eat and I found a hair in my sandwich. I said something to the kid behind then counter and he offered to remake it. I just wanted my money back since I hadn't even taken a bite but he said their policy was no refunds. Gross.
