  • FRAUDS - went to get my oil changed and the other services that come with it, brake inspection, tire rotation and checking all fluids - only to find out a week later at another Monro location that those things were NEVER done. When calling corporate customer service I am constantly being told "what would you like me to do about this?" Its customer service, that is YOUR job, you figure it out and get back to me. DO NOT GO HERE - you end up paying for services that are NOT done.
