  • Negative a million stars. After dialing several different phone numbers - because they've got a phone number maze - and that's only if one knows about Google search and is smart enough to know how to use it - I just got through to someone by phone for the first time. Apparently their lost and found is that they just don't keep anything. I asked the person to look for it anyway because, you know, key fobs and replacements cost money. So whether anyone actually went to look or just put me on hold I don't know. When I asked if they throw away keys the response was they really don't keep anything. So be advised. And how is this place still open? Really?!
