Phenomenal breakfast meats, too much time spent waiting. We checked in at 1:03(on a Sunday), and got a table (inside) at 1:32 (told it would be a 15-25 minute wait). We ordered drinks and food at the same time. It was just about 2:00 before we got the food.
I ordered the classic 3 egg, hash + bacon with sourdough toast. I thought my meal was delicious, though the hash was heavy on the pepper.
Two gentlemen with with me ordered the Spud deluxe and both felt that it was a 6/10. They did however love the sausage they got with it.
Music was pretty loud.
I am giving this hipster place 4 stars because of the lengthy wait.
