  • Poor customer service & lack of tracking when you arrive. Slow working team! What normally takes 30 minutes for a car wash took over 55 minutes. Thinking that it was busy, there were only 4 cars total in the entire car wash. I sat in my car for 13 minutes waiting for attendant. She was chatting away with the vehicle in front of me.
