Rarely do I write reviews, but in this case I've had enough. Dr Chambers I hope you read this because you really need to make a change in that office. I've been a patient of yours for a couple years and you are a great doctor who seems to care. The only issue I've ever had with your practice is that you always seem to pick the pregnant hormonal hispanic broad to run your front desk, when I was pregnant the first time you had one, and I commented to you personally about her attitude being so bad that I felt as if I needed to walk on eggshells simply to check in for my appointments!!! The one who was working at 1:30 today, I'd fire her the second your done delivering that baby or whatever it is your doing that caused you to close down the office last minute. You lost me as a patient because of her uncalled for attitude... and I'm sure I'm not the only one. When she tells you she called me at 11am to cancel my 1:15pm appointment, it was actually 11:47am. I missed that "last minute cancellation" message while I was feeding and getting my toddler to nap for the sitter because you don't allow children in your office (really?) so I guess that's on me. But you would think I would be greeted with an apology and attempt to reschedule my appointment as opposed to a red faced "I called you at 11"... over and over, like "oh well, it's your fault you missed the call what do you want from me? It's above my intelligence level to apologize for the inconvenience and reschedule you." Pathetic.
