Great customer service! I purchased a car from Autowits a few months ago, but the remote entry key wasn't working. Frank promised to fix it for free and gave the service department permission to figure out what the issue was and comp me the service. I had to go to the Chandler BMW to figure out exactly what the problem was, but in the end, the part was shipped to Autowits and Wally, the service department rep, fulfilled the work order free of charge as promised.
