rev:text	Know where you are shopping and what you are buying. -While they do carry some high end pieces, like Hickory, most of what they carry is off brand, lower market, similar to Living Spaces, American Furniture, Mega, etc. -Research - know what you are buying. A single good leather sofa can't be had for less than $2500. ! and that's really the entry grade leather with 4 steps up from that. A well-made fabric sofa is $2k and up depending on fabric choice. If you think you can buy a set for a couple thousand and keep it ten years (even more so if it's leather) you really haven't done your homework. Everyone has a budget and that's great, but you are setting yourself up for disappointment. This is the charming Charlie's of furniture, not Tiffanys. -Sales people often work on commission - yes some of them are tenacious, some are not. -I agree with the reviewer that made the comment about their staff hiding in the rug area to watch videos or whatever they are doing on their phones. I've seen it three separate times looking for rugs. I purchased a cheap leather sofa for a den from the dump about 8 years ago, it was great with the very rare use it got. We handed it down to someone in an often used living room and it is literally self destructing. I'm not the least surprised for the price after this amount of time. I recently purchased a dining table and chairs for a ridiculously low price. We had just moved and our table was damaged in the move. I hadn't planned on buying a new table, so off to the dump I went for an inexpensive stand in for a while that worked its my budget.
