  • I went into this shop to get my sons iPhone 5 battery replaced due to in not holding a charge for 20 minutes. The girl told me it would be $39.99 and they could have it done in 30 min to 1 hour. I said great, let's get it done. Came back in about 1 hour and she said it would be done in 5 minutes. 20 minutes past and then she said "sorry we don't have the right battery for the phone, they had to order it, they took my contact number and said they will call me & it will be done before they close. No problem I said, I live around the corner. I waited until 6pm, no call. After calling she said your phone will be ready at 6:45pm. I said great, see you then. I showed up at 6:45 and she said sorry the battery just came in and it will not be done today, please come back tomorrow at 2pm. Wow, I told them how unprofessional they where and will go back tomorrow. Also, The 30 minutes or so I was in there shop. There where two different very upset customers on both occasions. One guy stormed out the door cursing & screaming saying they ripped him off, never fixed his phone and now they want more money. The other lady received her iPad back and there was a bug or something under the screen. They told her to come back tomorrow like they told me. I would only use this company again if it was the last place in Vegas to fix your devise. I would have wrote a 5 star review if they would have been upfront and honest about the time frame and not waste my time saying it come down to the shop and it was never fixed. If your reading this review, this is your warning to turn around and not use this shop to fix your phone. Bad service everybody, I don't see this shop being around to much longer with this service.
