I called their warranty department to speak with someone about my client's ability to be covered after they purchased a home. They will no be covered last the end of this month due to the date of install being 10 years ago this month... But, the woman who answered the phone was very pleasant, had a beautiful speaking voice and the room she was working in was actually quiet... So despite how irritated I started to become based on my client's inability to be covered for some time after they get into their new home... The soothing tone of their warranty person made it all better. Good job Milgard, I'd put your windows on my home.
