  • Absolutely the worst travel agency. Do not waste your time to save a few bucks, just go through the airline directly to save yourself from any headaches. Impolite customer service, non accommodating and when they can't give you an answer they tell you to call back in an hour because their systems are down... and definitely not in the U.S.
