Well, I think bartenders should be bartenders, most of the time patrons at the bar get neglected, they ran out of wings on Sunday lunch time $5 dollar special on football season, that's a No! NO! On my book, bartenders, touch their hairs, mouth, back for sweat, yuk! And touch appetizer plates and glasses after that's cross contaminations, other than that when we moved to the table service was better and food was good.
