| - If there was an option for no stars they would for sure receive that. I have been dealing with this company for a few years, unfortunately I work a lot and it is inconvenient for me to move. I assure you that will change after my current lease. It is ALWAYS something with this company, from sending the lease late, to not processing maintenance requests in a timely manner, to hidden expenses. When asking to speak with a manager or someone other than the receptionist, they are always out of the office and never get back to you. I have had a leaking roof, flooded pipes, toilets stop working, hot water issues, and most recently a lock issue that they failed to fix in a timely manner ,which forced me to fix on my own. Once I contacted them about the services still needed be ,rendered they informed me that I would have to pay for a locksmith! Why would I do that when you are my leasing provider and if that was the issue than I would I not pay for those services myself without going thru them? The staff is stagnant, everything in the home is out dated, and they provide absolutely no solutions to your concerns, do not provide genuine sympathy and are a dismal company to say the very least.
