  • I locked my keys in my vehicle around 10 am and called this company. I asked what the most it could be was over the phone and she said she couldn't give me an exact price. I should have known right then that it was going to be expensive. The tech did arrive within the 15-25 minute window, but before he quoted me he asked if I had full coverage, which I do. He said that I could submit it for a full refund and told me it would be $233 to unlock the vehicle. I refused and he called his "boss" and was quickly able to get the price down to $100 flat. It included $14 for the service call $55 for the technician time and labor charge and $31 for the job cost. I called in to the supervisor and he told me that all cars are different and I had a difficult lock and he didn't want to "fuck up" my lock. I drive a Honda Fit, but the technician who was apparently great at his job took less than 1 minute to pop open my "difficult" lock. I should have read the reviews before hand. Buyer beware with this company!
