  • We learned at 8 months into a pregnancy that Dr Brar hadn't bothered to take any notes or record any information about the mother the entire time. During weeks and weeks of OB visits she would answer questions but every time was pretty shallow, in retrospect it's because she didn't remember squat about us and we just got off-the-cuff responses. For about 4 months we had been discussing with her our birth target date and plans, and found 2 weeks prior it went out the window because there was no log of any information we provided. What felt like every other appointment, prescription, etc was a struggle... the billing was often incorrect, prescriptions were sometimes sent to the wrong location, etc. Some of the staff were extremely helpful, and others were borderline oxygen thieves. That being said she seemed competent and knowledgeable as a doctor. If you want a doctor that won't pay much attention to you but does seem to know what she's doing, you'll be fine with her.
