  • My hot water heater ruptured on a Sunday night and I called this company for assistance based on reviews. From my first contact with Ryan, I knew I made the right decision to go with Second Opinion Plumbing. Despite waking him up, he was very pleasant and helpful, making sure I knew all of the steps to take to stop further damage to my dry wall. He came out first thing the following morning and was able to get me a new water heater right away. He also explained everything I needed to do to maintain the new water heater and made a great recommendation for a restoration company. I had other plumbing questions while Ryan was here and he was so patient and helpful in explaining and actually showing me things that I can do on my own to keep everything in my home working well. I'm really grateful for this positive experience and wouldn't hesitate to use Second Opinion Plumbing again!
