I honestly don't know where to begin with this review....I have been bringing items to both locations (Pima and Lincoln) for about 2 years now.
I will start with the positive- I like the idea of their consignment system, which allows you to bring in clothing that you don't wear and build credit on your account. You can either use your credit toward other items in the store or cash out. They are usually friendly (more so at the Lincoln location) and are quick to tag, log and sell your items.
Now the bad- there is SO much inconsistency with the items they take. It's quite frustrating, actually. Their intake department is a mess and depending on who is looking at your items, you may walk away with everything you brought in. You will be told different things by different people as to what they are looking for or want. In addition, their system is frequently "down" so you often times can't get your account balance or a consigner report, which shows which items sold and for how much. Lastly, don't expect to get top dollar for your clothes. They will sell even high end designer items at a small fraction of what they are actually worth.
If you are there purely to shop, it's a unique company and you will most likely find some awesome deals. If you shop AND consign, it may not be worth it for you. Just be careful and always get an intake receipt and track your items.
