  • Was so excited when I came upon Del Friscos while traveling in Phoenix. Very different than my hometown Palm Beach location. What a colossal disappointment. I knew we were in trouble when customers from the dining room were going to the bar because their servers had disappeared. Well, I truly wish the food had disappeared before it arrived. When I returned, hungry, back to my hotel, another couple spotted me in the lounge and said" we just saw you in Del Friscos, tell us what you thought". I said " disaster" They laughed and said they actually sent their raw fish entrees back. Oh, Del Friscos, what happened??? NEVER AGAIN
