  • I ordered a birthday cake for a co-worker's birthday and Nessa was so helpful, professional, and friendly on the phone. I wasn't aware of the 48 hr policy that the bakery needed in order to take the cake order (I'm from out of town and one of the local people I'm working with here in Madison highly recommended Lane's). Despite the lateness the bakery took my order and the cake could NOT have been more perfect! It was absolutely delicious and beautifully decorated/colored!! The birthday girl nearly cried! So, THANK YOU Lane's! You made a very special day even more special!
