This place has some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. I first took my dogs there in July 2015 - in the 5 months since I have been unable to get a call back ONCE. Ten voicemails over five months with simple requests like documentation to board my dog, trying to schedule an appointment, a questions about dog food, etc.
Dr. Gayle is qualified and was very nice to my dog, but the complete lack of customer service and how they run that business more than negates that.
You will be disappointed if you take your pet there. I promise you that.
