  • Really disappointed, apartments are extremely dirty seems like no maintenance is done, trashcans always full, the trash goes everywhere the side walks are full of stains like gum and bird poop, I moved here like two weeks ago as you all know apartments are really expensive and this was the nicest looking apartment for our price range we got a semi renovated one bedroom apartment for around $830 a month once you walk in its not bad you get "wood" floors white cabinets, walking closet and a nice size bathroom, but as i been here am noticing details and you can tell they didn't paint the cabinets or even cleaned them they are white and you can tell the stains which where left from the previous people i tried removing them on my own and the paint started to come off, parts of the wood of the cabinets are Flaking off, i have taken pictures of everything because at the end you will get charged for it, the floor upstairs squeak, ugh not the nicest we based ourself on what the apartment looked like inside but the outside matters too the cops practically live here. Is always good to spend a little extra looks somewhere else
