  • Buyer beware, you'll may never get your furniture and will have to fight for answers from their customer service department. Don't let their show room and sales people take away from their shady business practices. I went in on 10/29/17, and spent $2100 on a kids bedroom furniture set. They let me know that it would be 8 days to get the bed frame in from the warehouse in California and shipped to Las Vegas for delivery. I agreed because 2 weeks is a reasonable amount of time. They let me know the latest my furniture would be delivered would be 11/9. I agreed and went ahead with the purchase. 11/9 came and went and there was no communication as to the status of my order. On Saturday 11/11/17, I called their customer service department. They were extremely unprofessional. The lady I spoke with let me know they had already received multiple calls regarding furniture not coming in but she would reach out to the purchasing department again today. She put me on hold for a few minutes and came back to let me know that they aren't there on Saturday's. It made no sense that she told me that she had already had been in contact with them on Saturday, but for my concerns, they were out of the office. I requested someone call me on Monday with an update since I was calling and asking for the status of my order. Monday, 11/13, comes and goes with no phone calls or emails. On Tuesday, 11/14, I call back. I speak to a customer service rep who lets me know that the emailed the purchasing department and that they are waiting on the shipment to come in. I ask for an estimated time and was met with resistance. I asked her to call the purchasing department and was told no, because they already emailed them. I explained to her that I absolutely understand that, but not having a estimated time is not acceptable since I've already spent $2100 and have no idea when I can expect my furniture. I ask to speak with a manager and again was placed on hold. The same person came back and let me know that they were no managers were available. I was put on hold again and she finally contacted the purchasing department. I was informed my order, that was promised in 8 days, would not be in for another 2-4 weeks. The entire time, the customer service rep was rude and condescending. I get delays in shipments, but that should have been communication. A simple phone call or email to update me would have left me informed. When I confirmed it would h 6+ weeks for my furniture, I asked for a refund. A refund was immediately issued. I'm still without furniture. Living Spaces lost a customer for life. I was ready to go and buy a sofa set but after this, I will find it some where else.
