To start, the salon is clean and they do greet you as you walk the door. I first came here over a month ago to change the color on my acrylic and gel nails that I originally had done at a different salon. I told them that one of the nails was lifting and asked if they could please fix it. Instead of removing the nail, she simply put a small amount of glue on it and we proceeded with the new color and acrylic fill. I was satisfied with the set and left happy. I went back 2 weeks later to get a fill and a new color and again I left happy. Not even a week later one of my nails lifted and broke off so I called to see if they could fix it. I told them I would be there within 20 minutes. I got there and the first thing she says when I sit down is "you didn't have to drive this far to get your nail fixed, you could just go somewhere near your house" I was confused because don't they want business and loyalty? So now it's been a week and again another nail lifted, so I decided to go to a salon near my house. They did a great job. Well now I'm in California for a conference and the nail that she "fixed" is about to fall off. I'm not picky about nail salons but I know that an acrylic nail is not supposed to lift after a week of being freshly put on.
I would not recommend this salon to anyone
