  • katie is the rudest most ignorant person there!! ive had my unit for 4 months now. im paid in full and they cut my lock off. legally they cannot do that until your unit is being sold and going to auction. now shes refusing to give me a new lock. i will not pay for another lock because it shouldn't of been cut off in the first place. then tried to play off like she was the owner so she wouldn't have to give me her bosses number. not that she has returned my phone calls either. place is a joke. i got the place during the summer so my childrens winter belongings are in there. she is rude. she gives this place a bad name. i've had units thru them before and never has my lock been cut off. even when i was late they put a lock over mine. so why was it cut off??? disgrace.
