rev:text	I decided to book an appointment with this salon for my wedding day. I needed my hair and make-up done and chose Blowout Dollhouse because they apparently specialized in retro styles. Since I was going for the old Hollywood glamour look, this salon seemed like a good choice. When I showed up at the salon the door was locked and no one was inside. When I called the other location, the receptionist told me the stylist was on her way. Umm...okay...wow. Yeah, take your sweet ass time...it was only my wedding day after all. The stylist (Amanda) showed up looking strung out and even laughed about the fact that she had just spent the weekend getting wasted at some music festival. The entire time she was doing my hair, it seemed rushed. She even burned my ear with the curling iron so badly it left a mark! Luckily my fiancé didn't notice it until about a week later. YEAH! you heard me...A WEEK LATER and it still hadn't gone away. She also struggled to curl my hair and left sections completely undone. After the third attempt I finally settled even though it looked NOTHING like the photo I gave her for reference. The only redeeming part of this experience was the make-up artist. She had an awesome personality but to be completely honest, I should've just paid my friend to do my make-up. The salon didn't charge me for the hair service because I had been burned...literally. So I at least give them credit for owning up to their mistakes. Bottom line: I left the salon so upset that I cried in my car on the way to pick up my fiancé. To make matters worse, all the drama at the salon made me almost two hours behind schedule.
