Update-On July 17, 2017, I received a phone call from Dawn from Oneguard. She advised me she wanted to discuss my review and concerns. Dawn was very friendly and understanding on the phone. She advised me that my concerns were warranted, and was able to work out a plan that was mutually beneficial. I have changed my review as Dawn was able to clear up all the confusion, take the time to listen to my concerns, and take action on those concerns. I truly would not change my review if I didn't think it was warranted. I have to hand it to oneguard, their customer service (post-review) has been great.
