Turning my inherited and cherished ring in for service during the holiday season, I told them it was not a gift so no need to rush. I received a call on Christmas Eve apologizing for the ring not being in for Christmas. I expressed again that it was no rush. Two more calls received after Christmas. One to follow-up, one to say my ring was ready. Great customer service! Thank you, Brownlee team.
