  • Oh how this store is aging and it even smells. I went to the women's department on the second floor. Clothes were not organized. They had dresses all over the place. They had one sales clerk working the entire floor by herself. She was a nice lady - a victim of staffing decisions made by others. I don't know if their frequent sales are causing the disheveled environment. I left and went to Dillards. I never realized how clean and organized Dillards was until I compared it to Macy's. Bye bye Macy's .....
