  • Extremely high priced with very few special sales. My mother who is 79 and on a fixed income purchased a full price ($120) pair of shoes and wore them on her home carpet for a day. When they started to hurt she took them back and faced a huge unpleasant argument from staff who were not willing to return them. They were not worn, they had the original box and were paid with credit card. They finally agreed to return them for store credit. After arguing that they wanted to mail her a check. She finally got the credit card credit. Mom knows she could dispute the charge and win, the point is the staff were very unfriendly. Never going back.
