  • I hope there is a 0 star option as I didn't choose any stars. Aside from the obvious delay and customer service issues which they claim to change but never does. The quality of their product is sub par. I have 3 shirts that have ripped since I got them a little over a year ago. Mind you, I do not wash my own clothes and I take them to the cleaners. Their buttons always are the first to fall off. This is an indication of a poorly made product. I bought a lot of shirts and suits from them a little over a year ago and recommended them to all my friends. However, I'm starting to realize my mistakes and need to stop people from going there so I come to yelp to review. Any other sites I can post this to will also help. Please advise. I bought a top coat from them which took them a year to get done. The cost was done in 6 months and at one point they even lost track of my coat. It needed alterations which took another 6 months and several visits because of the aforementioned losing track. When they finally found it, they did not even fix the alteration and the pins were still stuck there. As compensation for taking this length of time, they gave me 2 free shirts which I never got and it's been over a year. My friend also had a bad experience with them but this is my review. I will let him do his. Looks like I had to choose a star.
