  • Awful experience. I bit into a huge bone in my pulled pork sandwich. I told a staff member whose response was "I have never heard that happening here. The butcher must have cut into a bone and didnt take it out. ". Thats it. No other response. The mac and cheese was bland and the baked beans tasted like they came out of can. To top it of we had used a coupon for buy one sandwich get one free. We ordered meals that included a side and drink. In order to get the one sandwich free, they rang up the other sandwich, two sides and two drinks a la carte. By doing it this way we literally saved nothing by using the coupon. We will NEVER eat here again. There are way better options for bbq in this area...places that actually smoke their meat in-house. Bye bye Q Shack. Forever.
