  • So disappointed when one of your favorite dining establishments lets you down. Our waitress Alejandra was the worst. A few of us in our group never got their second drink. My friend's steak was served cold. Another friend got a rare steak when he ordered medium. At least the manager came to personally apologize, but it was still a disappointing night. I want to give them another chance because I've had better from them, but tonight was just ugh. If the next time I go back and see the same waitress I'm out of there.
