  • Horrible customer service over the phone. I asked to have 4 short verses from a song written on the card with the flowers I wanted to send my girlfriend and the lady I spoke with scoffed at that and said "you really expect me to listen to you dictate 4 paragraphs?". She had attitude the whole time on the phone so I decided to take my business elsewhere.
