  • The couch set we bought from them was a disaster from the start. The cushions NEVER stayed put, and the solution for that was a flimsy piece of Velcro under each seat! Really? We bought the five-year warranty, with the understanding that, if we didn't use it toward the current couch we'd get five hundred dollars off our next purchase, and when we went in to inquire about it (at the four-year mark), we were told all we'd get for it was a lousy hundred bucks! That's less than what we paid for the stupid warranty in the first place! The couch itself is now falling apart, and it looks like it's twenty years old. I'll NEVER purchase another item from this store OR this company! We got taken for a ride; let our experience be your warning.
