  • I am a new customer to Oliver Smith's, but not to the Valley, and was fortunate to meet Veronique on my first visit, a couple of months ago. I came to the store looking for an ultra-slim Jaeger-LeCoultre watch. She was nothing but helpful, and honest, in her considerable efforts to help me decide which watch to choose. If you're looking for a JLC watch, and you should be, this is the place to go. It was a bit of a process getting used to the larger watches of today, 39mm is my max, but now my old watches look too small! I recommend Veronique, and everyone in the store, and wish they carried more lines for future purchases. OSJ will be my go-to for future watch service.
