  • Maybe my expectation was too high but I was really underwhelmed. With a name like Tom Colicchio's attached to the restaurant, I was looking for a meal that would blow my socks off. It didn't. Not even close. Not one thing stood out to me. Don't get me wrong, nothing I had was bad but at the same time, nothing I had would bring me back to the restaurant. We got the Double R Beef for $125 per person. Basically it's a tasting menu but all dishes are from the menu. You get to pick what you want from the menu. So between the two of us, we got 3 first courses, 2 mains, 3 sides and 3 desserts. Not everything comes full order but it definitely was enough food for the two of us. All the ingredients were high quality and everything was cooked perfectly but everything was very basic and traditional. I feel like I can get the same meal at any other steakhouse like Ruth's Chris. Service was good and the meal went smoothly. If you like traditional steakhouses this would be a great place for you. If you like something a little more creative and different, I would suggest to try Gordon Ramsay Steak.
