It is what it is - a hotel in Vegas. No real dresser, a crappy old CRT tv, broken lights, uncomfortable beds - not even a fridge or a microwave. You aren't allowed to carry up your own bags - you are required to hand them off to the bell captain - and the bags are sent up half an hour later (seriously? why can't I take the cart into the elevator with me??). The housekeeping staff were super friendly and nice but with a view of a blank wall and a design that forces you to walk through the casino (and indoor cigarette smoking?) - I can't say I would be excited to return to the Orleans. It is, afterall, in Las Vegas.
