  • I stayed at the Madison Marriott West to teach a workshop in the conference center. The hotel is a very nice facility, one that has been around for a while but it has been well maintained and in particular the room I had was fresh, up to date and comfortable, definitely up to Marriott standards. What set the hotel apart was the staff. Their attention to detail and their focus on service was amazing . They anticipated what I would need in my room as well as what I I would need in the conference center as if they has ESP!
